Rockaby.... Flying High....

Who doesn't love little toes and tiny fingers?!
This little lady was a personal favorite to photograph.

She had gorgeous wide eyes, beautiful skin and amazing features that played up a very captivating photo shoot!
- not to mention her expressions kept me on the tip of my toes!

Beyond her beautiful consuming appearance, we chose the perfect time of day! Using the morning's bright sun rise we were able to create a few AMAZING eye catchers!

We also attempted the 'Rockaby' atmosphere through cuddling up our cozy missy with sheer and silk and letting Daddy hold her above the beautiful striped seat cushions to create a very complex and intriguing setting for our creative shoot!

And who can forget the little toes?

Senior Pictures?- Let's break tradition...

Traditional senior pictures are
BLAHHHHH!!!
Posed. Expressionless.

Konmika was not the typical senior picture type of gal, so we shot for ABOVE EXPECTATIONS.

On the lovely Hanover College campus, Konmika's destination college, we found a perfect open feild to shoot the artistic images she desired for her final high school SHABANG!

We picked the perfect colors to contrast the earthy back ground! She was a classy lady in a barren land {so to say}.

Her perfectly laid hair
and ruffled blouse
complimented her and made her pictures
pop!

Along with the fun and REAL expressions captured- This shoot was an absolute FAVORITE!

Upendo. Means. Love.

The title speaks for itself.
This specific shoot was so special.
Upendo. Means. Love.
What else could possibly explain this perfect little girl!
Every expression of her was perfect! To the T!

She was ANIMATED!
And her doll made her pictures speak. I went for a very calm antique execution to contrast her vast movements and strong facial speech. These pictures capture sweet seconds of her exciting personality, and seem to freeze her expression!

Miss was so free spirited!
She is a reminder to everyone
of how much fun it
can be to just act
SILLY!
Her pretty little sack dress
and voluminous
engaging hair
gave her photo shoot the
perfect little touches
to set it
AT THE TOP!

"Game Over" - First attempts...

Game Over was my first attempt at capturing the most important day of a girl's life; the fairytale start to a life forever after, the beginning to the ultimate lovers lane: WEDDING TIME!

Being close with the bride, I was called in to capture the 'intimate moments'. Rather than performing the duties of the traditional pose and click wedding photographer, I was hired on as an aesthetic apprentice (there for all the shots the bride had dreamed).

I suppose you could say "This girl wanted every inch remembered!" But hey who can blame her! It was her big day!

The wedding was played out beautifully with an intimate group attending their close to home ceremony, they creatively added a few fun ideas to their ceremony and reception: "The Imperial March" as their parents' entry song, and the Zelda Theme song rather than the traditional Bridal March. Also, with the help of a very fun minister executing their fun and quirky ceremony they shared many views into their world with phrases picked up from every video
game imaginable to the typical game junky! {hence the theme Game Over}

Though the wedding (off what we've seen thus far) was much different to most observers idea of the fairytale wedding, the dress was exactly what every girl could possibly imagine! Perfect to the T! White lace, diamonds and pearls! - Not to mention the HOUR GLASS FIGURE she revealed walking down that aisle!

She Played up the vintage card as well! With her hair fixed like a pin up girl and a beautiful bird cage decorated with a pearled flower! She was defiantly a 'dreamy bride'!

-And her shoes weren't too bad either ;]
